Our Story

A Little About Us...

My husband and I were raised in the farm and ranch world and we've worked in some facet of the industry our entire lives. And still love it. A healthy herd and green grass have been passions of ours for years. We began feeding cattle on our own small farm with top quality grain from local farmers and protein supplements. Since starting to stock our freezer with homegrown meat, we have come to appreciate the superior quality compared to store-bought beef. It soon caught on and friends and family members started to show interest in stocking up their own freezers. So... A-Track Meat Company was started.

 

We are dedicated to our herd and our customers.  Angus genetics are at the core of our herd. Our beef is raised on a diet that combines grass and grain feeding methods to achieve a well-balanced flavor profile. Our herd enjoys a natural and nutrient-rich diet from grass feeding, while the grain-finishing process enhances the meat's marbling and tenderness.  The end result is a premium quality beef that offers a tender and flavorful bite.
